Application Specialist – Web Analytics

360.Agency is a growing company that develops web and marketing solutions for automotive dealerships across Canada. We are currently looking for an Application Specialist – Web Analytics for a temporary replacement during a maternity leave . In this role, you will contribute to the support and optimization of our tools related to support and inventory management. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving more complex issues escalated by the Level 1 support team, while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service. The position is also part of an on‑call rotation to provide support outside of regular working hours, when required. This role is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team in a dynamic environment located in the heart of Griffintown.
