Application Support Analyst DevOps

Role Purpose
Ensure the stability, availability, and security of SWIFT applications and infrastructure supporting Malaysia's RENTAS (RTGS) and cross‑border payment operations. This role is critical to maintaining uninterrupted national and international financial messaging services.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Provide Level 1 & 2 support for SWIFT applications and integrations.
Monitor system health, message flows, and connectivity.
Perform daily checks and log reviews.
Participate in 24/7 standby rotation for incident response.
Maintenance & Updates
Execute patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
Coordinate maintenance windows and validate outcomes.
Work with cybersecurity and vendors on vulnerabilities.
Incident & Problem Management
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SLA.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive actions.
