Application Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Application Support Analyst to join our IT team in supporting banking applications. You will be responsible for responding to user queries, resolving basic technical issues, and assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for banking applications and systems.
• Monitor application performance and report issues to senior team members.
• Respond to user queries and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner.
• Assist with routine maintenance and updates of banking software.
• Document support issues and solutions in internal tracking systems.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support testing and implementation of application changes or upgrades.
