**The Team:** The IT Operations team at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) owns and maintains the production IT systems that underpin S&P DJI's index platforms and applications, ensuring their high availability. We prioritize service excellence, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous improvement while working with global stakeholders across business operations, infrastructure, and development teams to support the robustness of S&P DJI's critical index platforms.

**Responsibilities and Impact:**

+ Provide daily Level-2 production support for Index Data Platforms, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of issues to maintain business continuity
+ Monitor and validate daily data load jobs, proactively identifying failures and performance degradation before they impact business operations
