Application Support Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to support and maintain critical data-driven applications, including Master Data Management (MDM) systems, ETL processes, and real-time data pipelines. The role involves hands-on production support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure high system availability and data accuracy, particularly in a 24x7 support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide application support for MDM systems, ETL workflows, and data publishing pipelines.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness for downstream systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and performance issues in production environments.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes in collaboration with development teams.
Execute SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and issue resolution using Postgres and/or Oracle.
