Job Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Application Support Analyst in RBSL Information Management & Technology department plays a key role making sure services provisioned by the Enterprise and Business Applications function are performing satisfactory. RBSL run a mix of in house supported applications (which this role would support) and 3rd party supported applications (which this role would help manage).

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide crucial support to users and 3rd parties by triaging and resolving incidents where required, supporting problem investigations, and fulfilling service requests.
  • For applications managed by RBSL, this role will monitor, maintain and drive improvements to the application service with users and business owner.
  • Act as Service Owner for a range of application systems, representing these services and ensuring their day-to-day management meets SLAs, liaising with third-party suppliers when necessary to ensure timely re...
