Application Support

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be working with a diverse group of users with varying levels of technical/business expertise. **Fully remote position**.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Actively work with one or more functional areas within PAREXEL to align business process with systems and tools.
- Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.
- Collaborate with other IT Team members.
- Document technical issues and solutions.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
- Provide excellent resolutions to all the Application issues.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (not mandatory)
- Minimum of 1- 5 years of experience in IT support.
