Application Support & Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide development, configuration, and administrative support for enterprise applications and systems.
• Manage user support requests, perform Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting, diagnose system-related issues, and coordinate with external vendors for resolution when required.
• Conduct testing for pre-release applications, including related software enhancements and tools.
• Support system implementation projects and provide post-implementation maintenance and support.
• Coordinate with vendors on project execution, system testing, patch updates, and version upgrades.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
