Application Support Consultant

Main Functions
Provide support/Troubleshoots and resolve standard and non-standard software/application problems.
Developing and/or improving features/performance of applications to boost business operations.
Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application.
Technical Skills
FullStack dev on: Flash Python, Azure DevOps, MySql server, GIT, ETL.
Ability to analyze and develop solutions for incidents in Production. (Operational continuity)
Soft skills to listen and understand the different problems or requirements presented by users
Intermediate level knowledge of React + TS
Advanced level knowledge of Python + Flask
Advanced level knowledge of MySQL or SQL Server queries
Intermediate level knowledge of CI / CD, Azure DevOps and AWS Services
Airflow management
Nice To Have
Collaboration and time management.
ITIL Knowledge desirable.
Excellent communication and writing skills
