Demonstrable experience in Providing front-end support to users and internal development team in in a telecom (preferably) domain.
Knowledge in incident and change management (tools like HPSM, bridge clarify)
Should have experience in SQL, Unix, basic Java.
Should have experience in establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating concerns to the relevant team
Good in stakeholder management
Experience in code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
