Demonstrable experience in Providing front-end support to users and internal development team in in a telecom (preferably) domain.<br />
Knowledge in incident and change management (tools like HPSM, bridge clarify)<br />
Should have experience in SQL, Unix, basic Java.<br />
Should have experience in establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating concerns to the relevant team<br />
Good in stakeholder management<br />
Experience in code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.<br />
