Application Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·       Support Advantek MY Field Sales Customer & Operation

·       Ensure needed information is gathered from field sales so that application issues and opportunities can be effectively addressed.

·       Work with field sales to ensure that quality responses issued to customers, on behalf of / by the plant, are closed.

·       In co-ordination with field sales, provide representation of the Advantek organization to customers.

Support field sales personnel

·       Function as an escalation point for application, manufacturing and quality issues that arise in the field and in coordination with field sales provide rapid response within Southeast Asia region.

·       Align internal resources, clearly document and manage plans that translate the customer's technical issues into solutions that can be delivered.
