Key Responsibility Areas:
Assist BPM team with administration of systems and general settings i.e., CargoWise One, SAGE, Parcel Perfect
Assist BPM team in ensuring system security and user control
Assist with Business Unit reporting
Schedule training with trainer and user as requested or where the need is identified
Identifying gaps in operational processes
Finding solutions to operational processes versus system gaps, e.g. using SQL queries
