About the Role:
We're looking for a highly reliable Application Support Engineer – RRR to provide end-to-end support for a time-critical RRR application developed using FEDM. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations in a Linux-based production environment, with a strong focus on rapid issue resolution, data accuracy, and client communication.
You'll act as the primary point of contact for application support, working closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and maintain system stability in a 24×5
operational model.
