Job Description

We’re hiring an Application Support Engineer with telecom experience and strong backend skills to support live systems and ensure high availability 
Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support and resolve production issues 
Monitor systems, troubleshoot, and perform RCA 
Support APIs, microservices, and AWS deployments 
Requirements 3–7 years’ experience 
Experience in Telecom sector 
Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts 
Telecom support experience 
Strong Node.js/JavaScript and PHP (Laravel) 
AWS and production support experience 
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and databases
