We are looking for a Technical Support / SRE Engineer to support critical IT environments, with a strong focus on monitoring, automation, and incident management.
This role requires a hands-on professional with solid experience in observability tools (Dynatrace) and/or automation (Ansible).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes within SLA
- Troubleshoot Linux (RedHat) environments and critical applications
- Use Dynatrace for monitoring, performance analysis, and root cause investigation
- Develop or support automation workflows using Ansible
- Perform data analysis and extractions using SQL
- Proactively monitor systems and analyze alerts
- Work with ServiceNow and monitoring tools
- Document procedures and share knowledge
