Role : Mid & Senior Application Support Engineer

Company : One of the Global BPO Client

Location : Makati

Exp Range :

• Mid Level years
• Senior Level Yrs

Work Setup : 100% onsite (might be negotiable)

Shift : Morning Rotation

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Application Support experience (Java or any backend technology)
• Managing application operations
• Open systems: Linux / Unix
• Database: SQL
• Monitoring tools: Splunk
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices (certification is an advantage but not required)
• Cloud: AWS
• Automation/Scripting: XLR, Shell scripting, Ansible, Python, or similar
• Good communication skills
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred..
