Application Support Engineer

Job Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Contractual

Max Salary: RM11000 per month

Responsibilities

• To provide system support and manage enhancement for Debt Manager & Auto-Dialer application.
• Systems specializing in the Debt Manager & Auto-Dialer Domain.
• Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.
• To perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
• To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
• To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks
• Liaise with vendor on the Scope of Work, enhancements progress and fix implementations.

Requirement:

• Application Technical Support on Java, .Net and MSSQL Database.
• Platform Knowledge on Windows, Linux, JBoss & Apache Tomcat web deployments.
