Application Support Engineer

Position You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting critical hospital applications such as HIS (Hospital Information System), PACS, LIS, EMR, and ERP while ensuring the smooth operation of servers, networks, and IT security.

You will also provide technical support to hospital staff, ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations, and drive IT projects that enhance hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities Application Support Provide first and second-level support for HIS, PACS, LIS, EMR, and other healthcare applications.

Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Assist in application deployment, updates, and patches while ensuring smooth rollouts.

Conduct system testing and validate updates before deployment.

Document issues, solutions, and system configurations for future reference.
