Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Familiar with various DB SQL for monitoring, debugging, enhancement
• Monitor health status of the system to ensure healthy function of the system including system health and errors of customer transactions.
• Familiarity of the following tools are an advantage:
• Dynatrace, LaaS
• Strong troubleshooting skills to be able to use various tools and understand user flows to isolate issues quickly and effectively.
• Weekend and midnight BAU support required
• Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain. Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous although not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical skills in Java Springboot. Knowledge of mobile app development stack is an advantage
