Application Support Engineer

Main responsibilities:1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the application system to ensure its stable operation.2. Monitor and analyze application performance, identify and resolve system issues.3. Assist in the deployment and upgrade of application systems to ensure a smooth transition.4. Maintain operation and maintenance documents, record system changes and operation manuals.5. Provide technical support to solve technical problems raised by customers and internal teams.6. Assist in conducting system health checks, prevent potential risks, and provide improvement suggestions.7.
