Working Hours: Rotational shift (Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM. We do provide shift allowance for middle shift and night shift.) – Monday-Sunday (2 Days Off)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive incident and outage management to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor systems and trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments.
Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols.
