Job Description

                    A leading investment company is hiring for a Senior Application Support Engineer. Hybrid position. Paying up to £100,000 PA + Bonus + Benefits 
  
 Experience and skills required for the Senior Application Support Engineer
 Provide BAU support to a range of front and back-office applications
Experience with MS Azure
Support and maintain MySQL databases.
Experience with Cisco
Respond to tickets and queries on time
Collaborate with development teams to resolve ongoing issues.
Support application upgrades and patching within a large professional environment.
Handle data imports/exports both internally and externally.
Monitor and debug application errors and faults, escalating issues as needed.
Improve and support application integrations and business workflows.
