Net2Source Inc. is seeking a highly skilled L2 Application Support Engineer (JAVA) to join their team in Mexico.Position: L2 Application Support Engineer Location: Mexico – 100% remote Your Key Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in production support, application support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles Working knowledge of Java, with the ability to analyze logs and debug issues (mandatory) Experience working in Linux environments, including log analysis and basic bash commands Advanced English (mandatory) What You'll Do: Manage L2 support escalations, investigate incidents, and apply fixes or workarounds Perform troubleshooting using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools to restore services quickly Collaborate with L3 and engineering teams on complex incidents and contribute to root cause analysis At Net2Source, we are committed to connecting top talent with industry leaders.If this opportunity aligns with your experience, let's connect!
