Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Application Support Engineer to provide technical and operational support for business-critical applications and banking/transaction systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production systems, troubleshooting issues, supporting deployments, and coordinating with development and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for production systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Perform SIT/UAT testing and assist in production deployments.
