Job Purpose:

A vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and providing exceptional support to our users. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your technical skills while contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Provide general application support, troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues. 

Assist in the resolution of more complex issues under the guidance of senior team members. 

Learn and utilize our ticketing system to track and manage support requests. 

Execute routine tasks and procedures as assigned. 

Maintain accurate records and documentation of support activities. 

Continuously update your technical knowledge to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
