Application Support Officer

Job Summary

The Application Support Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Dunkin PH's web and mobile applications, whether developed in-house or outsourced. This role provides technical support, maintains documentation, manages incidents, and collaborates with developers and internal stakeholders to enhance system performance.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to support end-users effectively while improving application processes and support practices.
