Role Title: Application Support Specialist – Telecom OSS Inventory
Experience Required: 6+ years
Location: Helsinki, Finland (on-site)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Security & Residency Requirement
Candidate must have resided in Finland for a minimum of 3 years
Must be eligible for security clearance
Key Responsibilities
Monitor application health using APM tools and log analysis; triage incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), deploy hotfixes, and maintain KEDB and operational runbooks.
Coordinate and support major incident management in collaboration with NOC, SOC, and Logistics Operations teams.
Operate, support, and enhance REST, GraphQL, and SOAP integrations between mobile applications and OSS inventory/process cores, including resource and service models, work orders, and warehouse movements.
