Location: Remote (Colombia, Chile, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico). Employees in Trinidad and Tobago operate a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Provide client‑facing application production support and incident resolution for multiple insurance product lines.
• Ensure application performance, stability, and optimal functionality across the system landscape.
• Perform software deployment, configuration, and system monitoring tasks.
• Handle high‑severity tickets and act as escalation point, delivering timely and professional responses.
