Job Description

 We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT Support sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to oversee system integrity and performance. 
  £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Pension + Parking + Other Benefits   
  Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and Friday 8am - 2pm   
  This role can be fully remote, working UK standard hours - must have excellent English language and written skills.   
  Application Support Specialist's Core Duties   
 Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users 
 Identify and resolve issues and system failures 
 Configure and enhance the ERP system to improve functionality 
 Provide training to employees on new system features and best practices 
 Identify potential automation of existing processes within the ERP system
