Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving system issues quickly to avoid disruption in day-to-day operations.
• Escalate recurring or complex issues to Level 2 support for further investigation.
• Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to track and manage incidents from start to finish.
• Help create and update user guides, FAQs, and documentation for common issues.
• Communicate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical users.
• Support the team in handling critical incidents and ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by your team leader.
