Application Support Specialist

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to handle critical application stacks and ensure platform stability, automation, and observability in cloud-native environments.

What You Will Do:

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for various applications, including troubleshooting and deployments across multiple environments.
• Automate tasks and deployments using GitLab and Ansible; participate in weekly release reviews.
• Support the observability POC (Grafana Mimir, Loki, Alloy) on OpenShift using Helm and GitLab CI.
• Contribute to the migration of Grafana Central to OpenShift and suggest improvements in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Collaborate with the ITSM team using tools such as OBM, SiteScope, Prometheus, and Python scripts for automation.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure platform stability.
