Job Description

Manage problem tickets, change requests, and system integrations. Analyze issues and recommend solutions. Ensure thorough documentation and perform unit testing. 
Mentor junior staff and provide high-level production support. Deliver quality code for testing and validation, adhering to IT and Corporate policies. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Manage and resolve IT tickets raised by business units related to various applications. 
Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the business functionality of supported applications. 
Actively collaborate with one or more functional areas within Parexel to align business processes with systems and tools. 
Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users. 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications. 
Collaborate effectively with other IT Team members.
