Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Application Monitoring

• Define and implement application monitoring in collaboration with the build team.
• Supervise and monitor daily and monthly batch chains, coordinating with project, infrastructure, and production teams.
• Support overnight batch processes occurring during Singapore mornings and early afternoons to minimize downtime.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on risk chain data quality, with a focus on monthly runs.

Incident and Request Management

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support to business users including traders, risk managers, market risk monitoring operators, back-office and middle-office analysts, and market data administrators.
• Analyze and manage incidents, problems, and user requests.

Problem Management & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain and update the knowledge base in collaboration with build and operations teams....
