Key Responsibilities

• Remote customer support (TeamViewer, Cloudberry, AnyDesk, etc.) on all company products
• Virtual and in-person training of company products to clients
• Presentations and educational videos of company products and features
• External repairs on site from time to time
• Single & Three phase solar systems, including PV Inverters and VFDs
