Key Responsibilities
Remote customer support (Team Viewer, Cloudberry, Any Desk, etc.) on all company products
Virtual and in-person training of company products to clients
Presentations and educational videos of company products and features
External repairs on site from time to time
Single & Three phase solar systems, including PV Inverters and VFDs
Basic troubleshooting, configuration, and commissioning
