Application Technologist

Freddy Hirsch, a leading supplier of ingredients and solutions to the food manufacturing industry, is recruiting directly for an experienced and innovative Food Technologist / NPD Technologist.

This role focuses on developing and implementing technical solutions across meat, culinary, and coating applications. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to bring product concepts to commercial reality, combining strong technical expertise with hands-on application experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and test brine and coating systems for meat applications

• Conduct product trials at customer sites, including setup and operation of injectors and related equipment

• Collaborate with customers to identify needs and develop tailored product solutions

• Provide technical troubleshooting and recommend formulation and process improvements
