Application Test Engineer

JOB OBJECTIVE
Design and develop software solution for Photonics and Electronics ATE System for Camera Sensor, Power Amplifier, MOSFET, IGBT and RF and Module Burn-In products.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Develop software, modules and test sequence based on specification and test plan from customer requirement.
Work closely with customer, project team and supplier to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor, evaluate, analyze and optimize test system to ensure optimal Manufacturing yield.
Debug/troubleshoot ATE failure and provide corrective action after completion of failure analysis.
Perform evaluation, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution.
Responsible for overall projects, planning, design, development, buyoff and continuous improvement.
