Application Trainer / IT System Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and patient IT System Trainer to join our team at KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on delivering system training, supporting system rollouts, and helping users effectively adopt internal systems. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in training and system learning are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system training for users and ensure they understand how to use the system correctly and efficiently.
• Perform on-site system observation and basic research to understand user workflows, issues, and usage scenarios.
• Gather user feedback and identify common problems, and prepare simple improvement suggestions.
• Design, prepare, and update training materials such as SOPs, presentation slides, user guides, and basic training videos.
