General Responsibilities
The Applications Analyst is responsible for consulting with users/clients to gather information about application needs, objectives, functions, features, input, and output requirements, and make recommendations.
General Responsabilities:
• Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.
• Creates test transactions, runs tests to find errors, and confirms applications meet specifications.
• Provides technical assistance to internal and external clients by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or issues with applications.
• Installs and tests applications in the designated environment.
• Administers and monitors the performance of applications after implementation.
