The Applications and Validation Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration, performance optimization, and reliability of Western Digital storage solutions within customer environments. This position involves hands‑on system setup, validation testing, and in‑depth technical analysis to support product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for working with complex systems and cutting‑edge storage technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform end‑to‑end system setup, validation testing, and configuration across various platforms, including NAS, CCTV, and server environments to ensure product readiness and reliability.
• Conduct detailed failure analysis and debug technical issues by capturing and reviewing system logs, SATA bus traces, and other diagnostic data from end‑user environments.
