Applications DBA

The Objective Is To Appoint a DBA Resource To
Lead and execute the safe, secure, and reliable migration of the DMS database to Azure SQL Managed Instance within GCC 2.0
Ensure database migration activities are conducted in compliance with Government ICT policies, including IM8 security and governance requirements
Support business continuity, data integrity, and system performance throughout the migration and cutover process
Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill exchange to internal teams to strengthen in-house capabilities for future database operations and cloud migrations
Skills Required -
Proven experience as a Database Administrator supporting enterprise-scale systems
Demonstrated hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server migration projects, preferably involving migration to Azure SQL Managed Instance
Experience handling large-scale databases (multi-terabyte environments) is highly preferred
