Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst - Vice President

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex systems and features. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Architecture & Design: Drive architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, secure, and maintainable.
