The Role:
To increase the share of customer spend and deliver superior customer value by defining and optimizing customer specific solutions in collaboration with the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Propose solutions to customer and assist with customer planning for implementing and or integration of individual products into mining applications
Provide inputs to Product Support Managers and Sales Support Managers (in Product Areas) on customers' needs not met by current offering in order to try
Ensure the proposed mining method encompass as much of Sandvik offering as possible
Ensure that mine feasibility studies are based on Sandvik solutions by ...
