Applications Engineer

The position requires application responsibility of automotive products from BorgWarner product protfolio including customer interface to gather technical requirements, selecting the right product from BorgWarner product line for each application, coordinating internal activities of matching, prototyping, validation and release, etc, and solving the engineering issues during the product application development stage.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:





+ Leader of the design team for the definition of a specific product.



+ Creates, develops or adapts product design concepts based on internal standards, calculations, trials, measurements, bench tests, CAE simulations and process methods in conjunction inputs from customers.



+ Checks and releases 2D drawings and 3D models within the associated project or existing products under serial production.
