The Applications Manager leads and manages the
development, enhancement, and performance of the core business applications
to ensure stability, scalability, and alignment with business goals. This role
delivers innovative customer -centric software solutions that drive value,
efficiency, and digital transformation across the organization. The Applications
Manager oversees architecture, development, roll -out, and maintenance of all
core business applications, ensuring system stability and performance. This
role manages integrations between systems, partners with business functions to
configure and optimize application workflows, and drives measurable
improvements in operational efficiency. The position actively participates in
the Technology Governance Council and translates business requirements into
scalable, user -centric technology solutions while managing end -to -end delivery
of application projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
