Role Purpose

The Applications Meat Manager ensure short and long term profitability within the client portfolio for the meat industry through process and products/ recipes optimization and optimal development and innovation.

The role will manage a team of six people.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage a competitive hydrocolloid portfolio for meat applications, in line with market trends and company strategy.
• Drive and support R&D programs for meat solutions, ensuring robustness, process fit, and successful industrial scale-up.
