Job Description

 We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Support sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Applications Support Analyst to maintain and develop current ERP systems across the company’s European network.
  Applications Support Analyst’s Core Duties 
 Provide support, including login assistance, user additions and access management
 Provide daily operations support and perform diagnostics, error logs and updates
 Keep the system updated with requests, issues, and resolutions
 Support with training, and inductions
 Provide deskside support to users
 Ensure the systems in Europe have robust data platforms to support efficient operation
 Develop process documentation for new systems and training
 Support change and risk management projects
 Prepare functional designs for custom development
