Applications Support Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

This position is to provide operational and technical support to the users of business applications and to ensure that the business benefits of applications continue to be achieved throughout their lifespan.

a.) Graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related IT courses;

b.) At least 2 years experience in IT industry Applications Support

c.) Logical and systematic approach to problem resolution

d.) Experience with RDBMS (preferably MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase DB) with knowledge of constructing complex SQL series;

e.) Knowledge of Windows based desktop applications;

f.) Experience with debugging and troubleshooting .NET Web and Mobile Apps;

g.) Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle;
