Applied AI Engineer: GTM Agent Systems & LLMs (Production)

A specialized GTM reasoning and agent model trained to operate sales and marketing workflows autonomously.

The model will

• understand GTM workflows
• plan actions across tools
• generate and improve campaigns
• reason over CRM + enrichment + intent data
• operate AI agents inside the graph8 platform

The team will focus on 3 areas

• Building datasets, traces, eval harnesses, synthetic generation, regression testing, and model quality systems.
• Runtime + inference infrastructure
• Building the agent runtime, model routing, serving, shadow mode, inference pipelines, and orchestration inside graph8.
• Fine-tuning and improving our own model built on open-source foundations like Gemma using real graph8 production workflows and trajectories.
